A lease violation or nonpayment of rent can be grounds for eviction, yet a landlord's failure to abide by state eviction laws can be a violation of the tenant's rights. Eviction processes will vary by the type of lease agreement you have with the tenant, and the state may require that you give the tenant notice to correct the problem before proceeding with an eviction notice. By following the state's eviction laws, you can take legal action against the tenant if she refuses to vacate the premises.

Pop-up campers need regular cleaning to keep them in top condition. Another way to prolong the life of a camper is to make certain it is completely dry before closing it and storing it away. If it is stored damp, mold and mildew can form, causing odors and dark spots. There is a relatively easy way to remove mildew.
-
-
1
Fill a spray bottle with hydrogen peroxide. Spray the hydrogen peroxide onto the
mildew inside or outside the pop-up camper.
-
2
Leave the hydrogen peroxide on the pop-up camper for 15 to 20 minutes.
-
3
Scrub off the mildew with a scrubbing brush.
-
4
Repeat Steps 1, 2 and 3 until all the mildew is gone.

Liquid chalk is a product which combines chalk powder with a liquid, to make for a dust-free, non-messy application process. However, once the chalk dries, it returns to it's powdered-from and can easily be removed in the same way as traditional chalk. Liquid chalk is available in chalk markers, to use on chalk boards, black boards, windows and glass, and in a lotion-like product, to be used on the hands and equipment of weightlifters and body builders.
-
-
1
Use a room temperature, water-dampened cloth to wipe away liquid chalk. If chalk is remaining, proceed to Step 2.
-
2
Fill a sink or bowl with warm water and a squirt of a mild liquid soap, such as dish or hand soap. Dip a soft cloth in the mixture. Wipe down the liquid chalk for removal. If chalk residue still remains, proceed to Step 3.

Gaskets seal the connection between two rigid materials. The gasket material often lodges against one of the pieces entering the connection as it ages or becomes heated. Before installing a new gasket on the connection, you must remove the old gasket. Using the proper tools to remove the gasket will ensure no damage occurs to the gasket mounting flange. A damaged flange will cause leaks to form around the gasket, allowing air or fluids to bypass the seal.
